Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative sales of Commercial Insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client queries regarding their insurance policies.
• Leverage company-provided leads to attract and onboard new clients.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to obtain industry-specific designations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial lines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• P&C insurance license

Working Conditions

Our in-office work setting in Burleson, Texas promotes a collaborative, supportive environment. We offer flexibility with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding our employees' hard work and dedication. The compensation for this role is a base salary ranging from $62,500 to $112,500 annually. In addition, performance-based incentive compensation is available for discussion during the interview process.
